Group Fitness Classes

Group Fitness Classes help to bring the fun back into exercise!  We have pool-based exercise sessions - Aqua Fit, Aqua Zumba®  and NEW Hydro HiiT- as well as fitness classes for those of you who prefer to work out in the studio areas.

We offer a 7 day programme of over 50 group classes a week - exercise in a fun and social environment. Classes cater for all ability levels and the wide choice - from low impact Aqua Fit and Yoga to high energy SPIN®/Group Cycling and Zumba® - means there is something for everyone.  As an Aspirations Wellbeing Member you can attend classes at any of our three sites (but please book ahead by calling the appropriate Centre)

All classes are suitable for all ability levels.

Group Cycling Classes - Customers have the choice between traditional SPIN®/Group Cycling classes and the Les Mills RPM™ style class. 

The Pemberton Centre now has a dedicated Group Cycling Studio which offers various classes including virtual tours!

If you are not an Aspirations Wellbeing Member but wish to attend group fitness classes or swimming regularly why not take advantage of our Wellbeing Card offer (pay for 10 classes and receive 11).  Ask at Reception for details.
