Personal Training

Personal Training is available if you need some help achieving your goals whether they are sports specific, related to fat loss, looking to build muscle, improving posture and back pain or any other personal goal you may have.  Personal Training is perfect for those who lack motivation and need some extra assistance during their sessions.

You have the option to have 1 to 1 sessions with your trainer which will provide the highest level of focus between you and your trainer, or you could split the cost with family or friends and have small group based PT, contact one of our Trainers to find out more.

Personal training sessions are run at your convenience so it fits in with your schedule.

There are several male and female Personal Trainers at both the Nene centre, Thrapston and the Pemberton centre, Rushden.  All trainers will have different ways of working, different specialities and other further qualifications. 

Personal Trainers are not just for the hour, all of our trainers will be on hand to help with nutritional advice and out of hours training advice, ask your trainer for more details.

When are the Personal Training sessions available?

Personal Training sessions are booked at the client's convenience. This is the only way that clients can commit and ensure that it becomes a lifestyle change rather than a short term solution.

Taster Pack* 3 x 1 hour sessions £60
Single Session 1 x 1 hour session £30
PT 10 Pack 10 x 1 hour sessions £250
Powerplate PT Session 1 x 30 minutes £10
Powerplate PT Bundle 3 x 30 minutes £25
* please note that the Taster Pack is only available once to each client

Booking arrangements:

Please contact Reception or a member of our Aspirations Wellbeing team.  Your contact details will be provided to a Personal Trainer who will then contact you to arrange a convenient time to meet.

Please ask a member of staff if you are interested in doing 'small group Personal Training'.
